COVID-19 – UPDATE – 27 FEBRUARY 2021

Golf courses in Victoria are open.

The number of people you can play with depends on the size of the golf course. The two square metre rule applies.

People playing together should keep at least 1.5 metres distance apart.

You must carry a face mask with you at all times, unless you have a lawful reason not to wear a face mask. It is strongly recommended that you wear a face mask when you cannot maintain 1.5 metres distance from others, unless you are out of breath or puffing (or have a lawful exception).

Indoor facilities are open and the four square metre rule applies.

Should be playing div 1 with those superstars

Congratulations

Well done boy

Everybody's favourite game of versus par was what greeted the 11 players at the Beechworth Golf Club today.
Normally there would be minuses flying everywhere but not today. Maybe it is the extra run on the course or the improvement of the scrapes, who knows.
But you needed to score well to feature in the prize winners today.
The winner with a score of +4 was Ellie Hirst (35), hot on her heels was Glenda Marshall (18) on +3, Gail Smith (20) +2 and Anne Geddis (36) +1.

Two nearest the pins went off and they went to Gail Smith on the 7th and Jan Lang on the 10th.
