Update from Golf Australia

Operations advice – Regional Victoria

Golf clubs/facilities in Regional Victoria will, from Thursday, June 3 at 11:59 pm move to a separate set of restrictions. Golf facilities can operate provided the following conditions are met:

  • There is a 50-person at one time limit on recreational sporting facilities. This limit is inclusive of all people on your property excluding staff;
  • The outdoor gathering limit is 10 people;
  • Golf facilities must check the residential address of everyone they serve to ensure they live in regional Victoria. Those who live in Melbourne must be refused service;
  • Competitions cannot be conducted, however handicapping of social scores is permitted;
  • Masks must continue to be worn inside, unless eating or drinking, or another lawful exception applies;
  • All indoor coaching facilities must remain closed;
  • Changerooms, locker rooms and showers must remain closed. Access to toilets is permitted;
  • Service Victoria QR requirements have been expanded to include mandatory check in across all settings;

About Us

Beechworth Golf club is an 18-hole sand greens course located in the tranquil surrounds of Baarmutha Park on the edge of Beechworth.

Green Fees

Green fees are as follows;
Adults – $10 All day
Kids – $2 All day
Greens fees box located outside the Club Room at Barmuutha Park Complex, Balaclava Rd, Beechworth.

Competitions

Regular competitions are as follows:
Mens:
Sundays @ 1pm, 12:45 muster (during daylight savings) or @Midday, 11:45 muster (during non daylight savings)

Ladies:
Wednesdays @ 10am, 9:45 muster during the golf season (Mar-Nov)
Sundays @ 9am, 8:45 muster during the golf season (Mar-Nov)

Mixed (All welcome):
Thursdays from 4:15pm, 9 hole twilight competition.

Fees for the 2021/2022 season are due by 31 March 2021.

Adult Member – $140
Includes a Golf Link handicap

Country Member – $100
Must reside outside 30km radius
Includes a Golf Link handicap

Country Member – $70

Recreational Pass – $70
No Competition

Summer Member – $70
Only applicable during Daylight Savings Time
